Our fields
We cultivate about 15 acres of land located in Isonzo plain, characterized by a ground particularly suitable for the production of corn, barley, wheat, soybeans and lucerne crops.
From our cereals and legumes we obtain flour to feed bovine and swine of our breeding.

The gardens
They extend on more than 1 acre of Karst soil surface, rich in iron.
The fertilization occurs only with manure of animal origin. The cultivation and fertilization occur through the sheets mulching, in the open field. The sheets mulches have the advantage to prevent the evaporation of water from the soil and retain humidity that rises from the ground make it available to plants. They prevent the development of infesting weeds facilitating the growth of the plants, which have more nutrients from the soil, not undergoing the competition with other species.
We grow onions, garlic, tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, potatoes, carrots, radish, salad, spinach, pumpkins, cabbage, turnips and more.
How many we produce? Enough tosatisfy the family and farm needs.
